A few posts ago I spoke of my 'Love-in-a-cup'. Just thought i'd give you a glimpse of what I was talking about.
Before: Banana, frozen mixed berries, apricot yoghurt, honey & a dash of milk.
After: Nom-nom-nom
This smoothie was so good that it totally slipped my mind to take a pretty presentation pic for the blog. And I don't even feel bad about it - that's how good it was.
I think I have the same blender as you! And Nat introduced me to a "Jungle Rumble" this past weekend: banana, yoghurt (strawberry), orange juice, honey, ice cream, milk powder. DELISH! Or leave out the ice cream and honey for a healthier option. Still good.
ReplyDeleteSmoothies = YUM. I might have to try "Jungle Rumble" sometime. I generally don't enjoy mixing juices with anything dairy based though...so i'll see how brave i'm feeling. I actually have two of these blenders...who knows why?
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have thought to put orange juice in either, for the same reason, but trust me, it works. The same way that pineapple juice works sometimes in this sort of thing.
