"Children get older, I'm getting older too.."

On Friday, I slacked off on my blogging responsibilities to spend the morning with my gal-pal Serenity & her Ladybug. Here are some casual pics I snapped, whilst Buggie was having her morning tea & when Serenity read her a story.

Dear Zoo.

After these were taken, we headed to Wellington to visit Mariah & her kids, Theo & Sadie.

It was so good to catch up. So good. It had literally been years since I had seen Mariah in the flesh. Years. Life has changed so much since we had seen each other - even though we've always kept in touch. I made a pact to myself to never let it go that long again. Promise.

Theo & Eden had a lot of fun.

Sadie, had just woken up from a nap. She was not so keen on having her picture taken by me. Even so, she still looks as adorable as ever in these.

Oh I love spending time with my friends' children. I get to enjoy all the cuteness and don't have to worry about anything else. Like needing to pee and not being able to, "Muuuum...I'm finished!" and "Was that a fart or a poo?"
