"Māu anō e rapu he Oranga"

The last few weeks have seen so many changes for people that I am close to & love. It's been a rough couple of weeks for many - to say the least. Most of these people have great attitudes and zest for life. Sometimes though, Life throws you a curve ball and asks you to make a tricky decision. Making a decision that effects or alters the person you are is down right courageous. Today I'm lining up Five Foxy Ladies that I am most PROUD of this week. Well - always, but particularly this week.

5. Serenity

The last year for you has been a Roller-Coaster ride. You admit & accept your part in the chaos, for which I am extremely proud of you. It is hard to own up to your mistakes, accept help and work your way out of a mess. And you've done it with your head held high. You have made great decisions on the past six months. These decisions were not only good choices for yourself, but the best for your partner and beautiful daughter too. I'm so proud of you, for finally seeing the potential in yourself, that I've been seeing for the past Nine years.

4. Erica

Everything you do, you do for your family. Their safety, care & well-being is more important than anything else in the world to you. You are the closest Being to Super-Woman, that I've ever met. And you manage to do it all, looking smokin' hot & with a smile on your face. You manage to own a house, run a household (that's always tidy), maintain a strong loving relationship with your Man, Study, Work, always make time for your extended family, always have time for your friends all the while never ever compromising on the upbringing of your gorgeous baby girl. How do you do it Girlfriend? I know yesterday must have been hard for you. It just proves my point. You will go to the end of the earth to make sure your family is taken care of in every single way. You are amazing.

3. Ashley

It's been a rough few weeks for you Ash, I know. In fact it hasn't been the easiest year has it?

I know at times it can be tough but you live and you learn Doll.

I'm so proud that you have learnt something that I think to be one of life's most valuable lessons: Live each day for those that you love, but never forget to live it for yourself too. The happier & healthier you are, the better equipped you are to Love those around you. Never lose what makes you - you. You're more courageous than you give yourself credit for and I am so proud of the commitment you have made to yourself this week. You Go Girl!

2. Mum

Oh Marja. It has been an interesting few weeks hasn't it? A lot has been happening. You are one of the strongest Women I know. I know you said in your blog that you feel as if the light at the end of the tunnel, was just another train coming the other way. It may feel like it some days, but it isn't another train. It's just a crack in the wall of the tunnel. The journey is longer than we had thought, but the end of the tunnel is near.

1. MK.

Out of all these ladies, this week has probably been the hardest for you. Not unlike others you've had you reflect on the choices of your past, and have courageously starting carving out a new path for your future. I couldn't be more proud of you. You have embarked on a journey that at times, you know will be tricky. That takes guts, but I'm so proud you've made that decision. Although you have to carve the path out for yourself, I will be beside you the entire walk, encouraging you and telling you how proud you make me
